react-native 在ios目录 pod install 卡住

前提：已经按照 [CocoaPods 镜像使用帮助
-清华源](https://mirror.tuna.tsinghua....，安装CocoaPods
操作：

npx react-native-cli init RNDemo # 脚手架安装，卡在 安装 cocoapods 的步骤 按清华源安装 Cocoapods 在 ios 目录下执行 pod install，一直卡在👇

~/code/mobile/RNDemo/ios  pod install

我开小飞机，google使用正常，但还是卡在 pod install 这步。有大神可以指条明路吗🙏
